The pay for this position is up to $18.75/hr with shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions. A potential performance salary increase after 90 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• PC experience

• Experience with Windows-based programs

Responsibilities

• Create host jobs, process job tickets, sort work by equipment, and prioritize job tickets for maximum efficiency.

• Release jobs from the manufacturing system to the machine.

• Gather and load stock necessary for the completion of jobs.

• Produce documents using equipment/machine and perform quality inspection of all work processed.

• Be responsible for all system reports and quality inspection forms deemed pertinent to the operation.

• Perform minor maintenance functions.

Skills

• Good organizational, communication and time management skills. 

• Must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious.

• Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. 

• Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.

Work Hours

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

• 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11 pm

• 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 pm–7 am
